Contact inquiries

We use your name, email address, and messages to respond to your inquiry and keep a record of the conversation. Your private conversation link gives access to that conversation; please keep it private.

Newsletter

Newsletter signup is optional and separate from contacting Tom. We record your signup request and confirmation. You can unsubscribe through the link in each newsletter.

Storage and access

Cloudflare hosts these forms and stores submissions. Resend delivers confirmation emails and conversation notifications. Conversation history is available to Tom and authorized administrators. Essential cookies allow access to a private conversation. Newsletter open and click tracking is disabled.

Website analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics uses optional cookies to help us understand visits, project interest, music listening, and use of public links and forms. Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, private conversation links, or admin-page activity to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

You can change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Declining does not affect access to the website or music. Browser Global Privacy Control is treated as a decline. Google may process analytics data on servers outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy.
